Business Development Executive

*This role requires good English skills.

We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Specialist with deep freight forwarding expertise and a sharp commercial instinct. In this role, you’ll directly support our growth strategy, expand our client and carrier base, and act as a key player in enhancing our market position.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience in freight forwarding – mandatory;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills – both written and verbal;
  • High level of autonomy, decision-making, and initiative;
  • Proven track record in project implementation and client development;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Market awareness – solid knowledge of industry trends and key players;
  • Proficient in MS Office and transport/ERP/EDI systems;
  • Structured, results-oriented, and solution-driven mindset;
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
  • Strong team player with a collaborative and respectful attitude.

  • Actively prospect and acquire new customers, carriers, and business partners;

  • Grow and manage existing relationships with clients and carriers;

  • Prepare competitive quotes for tenders based on accurate cost/market analysis;

  • Respond to transport requests by preparing quotations and tracking success rates;

  • Troubleshoot issues across the transport cycle and propose tailored, efficient solutions;

  • Maintain close contact with clients, partners, customs agents, and internal colleagues;

  • Handle transportation planning: negotiate prices, organize international routes, issue orders, verify documents, and track truck positions;

  • Quickly identify and solve transport-related challenges.
